Community Influencer®, Inc. is a business development startup based in Orange County, CA. Our mission is to glorify God by helping real estate agents increase their income, so they can increase their impact. We do this via our popular online membership, the Community Influencer® Academy. Inside, we teach agents how to get more leads, clients, and referrals via our online courses, content, coaching, and community. This is a contract role on our Community Experience Team, reporting to our Community Manager. For this remote role, you’ll need to have the ability to go live from your office or home 1 day a week. Typical coaching call hours for this role are 11 am PT.


The goal of this role is to coach our students to success so that they get results inside of our online learning programs.


Our Real Estate Coaches have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Coach members to success via group coaching calls
  • Help increase course completion rates
  • Support members in our Facebook Groups
  • Help ensure flawless execution of product and deliverables
  • Help exceed member success KPI’s
  • Help capture testimonials from members students
  • Celebrate member wins
  • Stay up to date on all current lessons in our programs
  • Review, engage with, and monitor all relevant posts in our Facebook Groups at least once a day
  • Gain a strong understanding of what students need and why they get stuck
  • Help develop future curriculum for masterclasses and workshops
  • Help create solutions and new ideas for issues and broken processes based on student feedback
  • Identify and celebrate rockstars within our community
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news that affects our training programs
  • Help enforce guidelines and policies, both internally and externally
  • Report any change in sentiment, content suggestions, or customer feedback to the proper team member
  • Communicate with the Community Influencer® Team when you (or our Members) have account issues or technical issues


  • Affinity For Online Marketing: Proficiency in the following marketing and tech platforms is preferred: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Groups, and Wordpress.
  • Gift of Teaching: The coaches will be educating our paying members and future members on a daily basis. So you must have an innate passion and an experienced skill set for teaching, the foresight to use the right communication and learning style for each person, and the ability to connect with people and empathize on a personal level.
  • Camera-Readiness: The coach will be communicating with our community on video… weekly! So you must be an excellent oral communicator and have a dedicated workspace that’s camera ready at all times. The coach will also be educating via video screen share and needs to have the ability to take a large amount of information and summarize it quickly both in writing and orally on a regular basis. You must also be able to track communication (and be very responsive) across multiple video channels without losing any details. Those channels will include coaching calls and occasional tech support explainer videos.
  • Quality Communication: The coach will also be writing… a lot! So you must also be an excellent communicator in written form. This includes proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. This also includes being able to take a large amount of information and summarize it quickly both in writing on a regular basis. You must also be able to track communication (and be very responsive) across multiple written channels without losing any details.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The coach will guide our community members (and team members) through multistep processes, so you must also be comfortable with processing large amounts of information, moving between digital tools, and anticipating customer needs, roadblocks, and objections before they are communicated.
  • Team Player: In addition to working directly with the Leadership Team, the coaches will also work with members of the Creative Team and Marketing Team. So they’ll need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with all of our team members in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a can-do spirit and not complaining, making excuses, or gossiping.
  • Tech Savvy: Our coach will be a technologically savvy Mac user and will not be intimidated by learning new technology - especially marketing technology.


    • Graduate of Community Influencer® Academy preferred!
    • The ability to coach on a specific topic, in your zone of genius (please tell us what that is!)
